Democratic incumbent Rep. Jose Serrano will maintain his spot in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Associate Press says.
The Associated Press says Serrano will take New York's 15th congressional district over Republican challenger Jason Gonzalez.
Serrano has held the Bronx seat since 1990.
