Residents in eight buildings at a condominium complex in Parkchester have expressed frustration of not having water for multiple days.
Around 15 residents came to Virginia Park to share their concerns on Sunday. They said the issue began on Dec. 14 when the water was shut down due to yearly maintenance. For some, it lasted much longer.
"I had to stay in a hotel with my kids. It was becoming a hygiene issue. Water trickles on and off but not enough to shower, bath, flush the toilet, wash hands,” said one resident.
News 12 reached out to the complex’s management and has yet to receive a response.
