Community members in Throgs Neck say they are worried about new housing developments in their neighborhood.

Residents say they are concerned about overcrowding and an overburdened infrastructure. Officials say that city-run agencies are allowing houses to go up that don?t conform to the zoning laws passed in this area.

In Throgs Neck, the zoning law states that two-family homes must have space for three parking spots.
