Residents take part in free Double Dutch party in Brooklyn
<p>Residents took part in a free Double Dutch party at Brooklyn Bridge Park on Thursday. The "Open Ropes" event gave attendees the chance to learn how to Double Dutch in a block party environment with experienced Brooklyn-based Double Dutch Empire instructors. </p>
