Restaurants are joining in the push to help New Yorkers get vaccinated.
Mobile vaccination buses will be parked outside of 26 restaurants across the city, offering another way to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Members of the NYC Test and Trace Corp. outreach team will be giving out PPE today from 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. as well. They will also be answering any questions New Yorkers have at the six locations across the city, including Oxalis in Prospect Heights.
So, what do the restaurants get out of this? Some are enrolled in the vaccine referral bonus program, meaning they get a $100 bonus for each person they help get vaccinated.
