‘River of Roses’ ceremony in Westport honors those impacted by breast cancer

A group in Westport found a unique way to honor those impacted by breast cancer.
The third annual River of Roses was held over the weekend. Participants purchased and dedicated rose petals to those who battled and are continuing the fight against the disease.
Donations went toward the Survive-OARS Rowing Program, which provides mental, physical, and emotional healing to survivors after their treatment ends.
