Sen. Richard Blumenthal says he wants answers following complaints of bedbugs and rats at a senior apartment complex in Norwalk.

A group called Fix Cedar Court Now! says the conditions need to be addressed. It says residents at the property have been making the same complaints for months, but nothing is being done to address their concerns.

Blumenthal says the complex accepts federal funding.
