A senior community center in Longwood is helping seniors age with grace in a whole new way, holding a slew of great opportunities for free.

SEBCO Senior Center in the Bronx was established in 1993 and has become a safe haven for senior members of the community looking to stay active both physically and socially.

"Seniors can come and be themselves, we provide them care, love and understanding and show them that age is just a number, that you can do whatever comes from your heart with determination, faith and goals,” said Marion Smith, SEBCO senior program director.

Participants can take part in arts and crafts, computer and tech education courses, dance exercise classes and more for free.
