MONDAY - BITTER BLAST AM: Frigid morning with wind chills in the single digits. Windy, especially early. Highs struggle to reach 32. Lows down to 23 with a lighter wind.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny and chilly. A slight chance of an evening shower from a clipper system that will remain to the north. Highs up to 43. Lows around 34.
