The maker of Airborne Gummies is recalling some bottles due to an issue in which pressure can build up and pop the cap off with force, creating a risk for injury.

Airborne-maker Reckitt has received 70 reports of the cap popping off - with 18 reports of minor injuries and one report of an eye injury requiring medical attention.
The recall is for 63- and 75-count bottles sold in blueberry pomegranate, orange and assorted fruit flavors. The bottles were sold at national chains including Target, Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Costco and Walmart, as well as on Amazon, from May 2020 through February 2022.
Anyone with an unopened bottle is advised to not open it and to reach out to Reckitt for a full refund. Already opened bottles are not included in the recall since the pressure would have already been released.
