A fire at a 22-story building on Webster Avenue injured eight people Wednesday, including five children under the age of 10 years old, News 12 sources say.
Fire officials say the call came in from 1408 Webster Ave. around 1:20 p.m. for a fire on the seventh floor.
A total of 78 firefighters and EMS arrived at the scene to help quell the flames.
Fire crews say five of the injuries were minor, two were serious and one person was in critical condition.
Sources say the children all suffered minor injuries and were with a teenage baby sitter at the time of the incident.
