It's a bumpy ride for drivers in the South Bronx who are upset over a repaving job that they say is taking too long.
A radius of about 20 neighborhood blocks beginning at Tinton Avenue and 163rd Street, and stretching to 156th Street and Cauldwell Avenue, was stripped for repaving weeks ago, and residents complain they haven't seen repair crews since.
Many car owners say they've suffered from flat tires and broken mufflers because of the torn up pavement.
News 12 reached out to the city's Department of Transportation about the issue, but has not yet heard back.
