State Dept. of Health: Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn reports 55 coronavirus-related deaths

The state Department of Health reports that Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn has had 55 coronavirus-related deaths, which is the highest amount of virus-related deaths in nursing homes around New York.

The state Department of Health reports that Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn has had 55 coronavirus-related deaths, which is the highest amount of virus-related deaths in nursing homes around New York.
The home has 300 beds. The Kings Harbor Multicare Center in the Bronx has 45 coronavirus-related deaths.
The report released by the DOH includes presumed deaths by COVID-19 as well as deaths from confirmed cases. It is the first time the state has provided this information after Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office announced it would be more transparent.
News 12 has reached out to the Cobble Hill Health Center for comment.
