Some stores stayed open late Monday for those who still needed to find last-minute gifts.
Target stayed open until 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
CVS hours varied: some were open until 10 p.m. Monday, and others would remain open on Christmas Day.
Most Rite Aid locations that are open 24 hours a day were open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Select Walgreens/Duane Reade stores were also open on Monday.
It's important to call all stores before going there because some have different hours.
