The nor'easter that tore through the Bronx Friday caused major traffic delays.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo had banned tractor-trailers from area bridges, which created even more delays on Bronx roadways. According to the MTA's
website, trucks are once again allowed over the Throgs Neck and Whitestone bridges, but all drivers were told to adhere to a 20 mph speed limit.
One commuter who was traveling home from Queens to the Bronx says it usually takes him about 15 minutes, but with the storm it took him about 2 1/2 hours.
Buses were also struggling to get through the traffic.
