Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says Saturday will begin with heavy rain in the morning and shift to snow mid to late morning. Isolated power outages are possible with gusty winds 30-40 mph.
A winter weather advisory was issued for Brooklyn and the Bronx starting at 9 a.m. Saturday.
SATURDAY: A chilly day with falling temperatures, periods of heavy rain - changing to snow by mid to late morning (little accumulations). Highs around the mid-40s. Gusts from 30-40+ mph.  
Daylight saving time begins 2 a.m. Sunday, and we turn our clocks one hour ahead!
SATURDAY NIGHT: Partial clearing and bitterly cold, lows in the lows-20s. Gusts to 40 mph, wind chills in the single digits. Watch for slick spots!
SUNDAY (DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME BEGINS): Mostly sunny with morning gusty winds, highs from the mid- to upper-30s. Wind chills in the mid-teens.
SUNDAY NIGHT: Mostly clear and very cold, lows in the low-30s.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny, highs from the low to mid-50s.
MONDAY NIGHT: Partly to mostly cloudy, lows in the low-40s.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny, highs from the mid-50s to the low-60s.
TUESDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy and cold, lows from the upper-30s to the low-40s.
