WHAT'S NEW: Downpours right after midnight and stormy conditions continue into the morning. Possible flash flood warnings tomorrow morning.
WHAT'S NEXT: Slow travel expected for the Thursday morning commute. Expect downpours and gusty winds. Primary threat is street flooding and ponding on the roadways for poor drainage areas. 1-2 inches of rainfall is possible. For Friday, dry and breezy with warm temperatures in the low-80s.
