NOW: A second storm system arrives tonight into Saturday morning, bringing more rain. 
NEXT: Mostly sunshine and milder going into the next week.
News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Allan Nosoff says a rainstorm moves into New York City. 
There is a Coastal Flood Watch in effect for the high tide cycle in the Bronx for Saturday morning. High tide takes place near 9:30 a.m. Strong easterly winds coincide with high tide to produce 1-2 feet of inundation on the most prone coastal areas
There is a Coastal Flood Advisory for Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island for the Saturday morning high tide cycle near 6:15 a.m. This is for east-facing coastal areas in these boroughs. The high tide is expected to only produce isolated minor flooding in some of the most prone spots.
TODAY: Showers by 6 p.m. Downpours after 9 p.m. No wintry weather for NYC. 1-2" rain. Gusts 30-50 mph. Temperatures warm into the upper 40s, near 50 for the overnight. Flash flooding, street flooding, and power outages are primary hazards.
TOMORROW: Slow to improve. Coastal Flooding can be minor to moderate across the city. Highs near 47. Cloudy all day, with slow improvement. A drizzle is possible. Lows near 35 with overnight clearing.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs near 50. Lows near 36.
MONAY: Sunny. Highs near 53. Lows near 39.
TUESDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Showers. Highs near 54. Lows near 36.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy and breezy. Highs near 45. Lows near 30.
