Fight for the 15th Congressional District heats up with another candidate joining the race

The Fight for the 15th Congressional District is heating up as another candidate joins the race to fill the seat held by retiring Congressman Jose Serrano.
There are now 11 candidates running in the Democratic primary, including 27-year-old Frangell Basora. He was an intern in Serrano's D.C. office.
Now he looks to succeed the long-time representative.
"I'm running because I know that this race and where we are right now is a life or death situation," said Basora.
So far, only Patrick Delices has announced a candidacy on the Republican side.
