Google’s parent company joins $1 trillion market cap club

The $1 trillion market cap club just got a little bigger. Google's parent company, Alphabet, is now worth more than $1 trillion, making them the fourth U.S. technology company to reach that benchmark.

Facebook is being sued in federal court for alleged anti-competitive behavior.

Old Navy’s parent company, Gap, is calling off plans to spin off Old Navy as a separate, publicly-traded company.
