"Bad Education" is based on a Long Island school scandal and real-life events that happened there. Hugh Jackman stars as Frank Tassone. It premieres on HBO platforms Saturday.
Chris Evans takes on his first regular series role in two decades. In "Defending Jacob," Evans hangs up the Captain America shield and plays a prosecutor whose son is accused in the death of a classmate. The first three chilling episodes of the series, based on the bestselling book, are available on Apple TV+ Friday.
If you are looking for intense action, Chris Hemsworth trades in his Thor hammer for a whole lot of ammunition. In "Extraction," Hemsworth plays a mercenary contracted to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned crime lord. The thriller premieres on Netflix Friday.
