5h agoSuffolk County prosecutors are moving forward with their effort to retry Ann Marie Drago for criminally negligent homicide.
Drago was previously found guilty of driving over and killing anti-gang activist Evelyn Rodriguez during an argument.
A state appeals court overturned that 2020 conviction last month.
The next court date is set for some time in September.
