Summer camps to require vaccines amid measles outbreak
There are growing concerns about summer camps amid the measles outbreak.
So far, there have been more than 1,000 measles cases reported across the nation. Parts of New York were hit the hardest, including Brooklyn.
Now, campers and staff are being required to have all immunizations at summer camps.
Many individual counties mandated the measles vaccine, or proof of immunity, prior to the state eliminating religious exemptions for vaccines on Thursday.
