Police have released surveillance video of two suspects wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of a teenager in Crotona Park East Thursday.

Police say two men were seen arriving together on Hoe Avenue around 4 p.m. The first man leaves the location right before the second man runs up to the victim and shoots him in the head while he's on the ground.

One of the suspects is seen on video less than an hour later walking along Southern Boulevard.

As News 12 has previously reported, the teenage victim was identified as Kather Werts, who was a 17-year-old Belmont resident.
