Police have released new surveillance video showing what led to the accident that left three people dead and others injured as they were trick-or-treating on Saturday.
Surveillance video taken from Morris Park Dental shows two cars following a bus. The video then shows one car hitting the other and pushing it forward into the bus. The car then veers off the road, hitting the victims.
Police say the 52-year-old driver of a black Dodge Charger plowed into a group of trick-or-treaters on a sidewalk just before 5 p.m.
The crash killed 65-year-old Louis Perez, his granddaughter, 10-year-old Nyanna Aquil, and 24-year-old Kristian Leka. Officials say Leka was on his way to getting married.
A candlelight vigil was held for the victims on the sidewalk of Morris Park Avenue. Flowers, photographs and stuffed animals also covered the sidewalk in their honor.
Officials say the driver had a history of seizures that may have caused him to lose control of the car.

A preliminary investigation showed the driver was not speeding at the time of the crash, and no drugs or alcohol were found in his system.
Two GoFundMe pages have been set up to help pay for funeral costs for the victims.
