The team says it's all about finding a rhythm embodying it, living and breathing its beat.
With every jump and every twist of the wrist, they're poised to showcase their skills at the upcoming double dutch world championships in June.
Ranieli Castillo, a proud athlete of the Swagga Jumpers, says "I'm so proud of us, we did a lot to get here, and I'm happy to have all of our coaches."
Castillo tells News 12 their commitment to the sport and to excel is unmatched, from early morning practices to lunchtime sessions and after-school drills.
Under the guidance of Coach K, who has been shaping their skills since the beginning of the school year, they've honed not just their physical abilities but also essential qualities like discipline and teamwork.
Coach K emphasizes double dutch is a sport where every flick of the wrist and every whispered encouragement contributes to the flow of the routine.
