Häagen-Dazs will bring to life a special pop-up bodega in Brooklyn on April 20 to celebrate the launch of its new City Sweets flavor line.
The ice cream company says the exterior of the pop-up will look like a standard bodega but inside visitors will find "an immersive experience that brings to life the flavors of the City Sweets collection." That includes music from twin DJs Angel + Dren and designs by Brooklyn artist Jade Purple Brown.
Häagen-Dazs says the City Sweets line is inspired by iconic street food - including black and white cookies, pretzels and churros.
The bodega will be named Rose & Ruben after the creators of Häagen-Dazs, who were Polish immigrants from the Bronx.
The spot will be located at 71 Moore St.
