Teen arrested for allegedly stabbing 14-year-old outside middle school in Bushwick

The teen is accused of carrying out the attack outside of J.H.S. 383 Philippa Schuyler on Greene Avenue around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say a 16-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday for allegedly stabbing a 14-year-old boy outside of a middle school in Bushwick.

The teen is accused of carrying out the attack outside of J.H.S. 383 Philippa Schuyler on Greene Avenue around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.

He allegedly stabbed the younger teen in the thigh, authorities say.

EMS took the wounded boy to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue and he is expected to recover.

The 16-year-old faces an assault charge.
