Tenants of 3560 Webster Ave. said both of their elevators have been out of service for more than one week.

Signage on apartment doors shows the management company announced the halt in service would last solely on May 30.

The apartment building consists of 13 floors. Living on those floors are many older New Yorkers and residents with disabilities.

Tenants tell News 12 they are forced to use the stairs, but not everyone can make the trip.

News 12 reached out to the building’s management company for a timeline on the repairs. We have yet to hear back.
