Today marks exactly 10 years since The Mall at Bay Plaza opened to the community in Bay Chester. In honor of its decade long contribution to the Bronx, they will be celebrating with live performances, exclusive deals and discounts and free items.

The first 1,000 shoppers will receive a free tote bag and T-shirt that says “We Are The Bronx” courtesy of The Bronx Native. There will also be live music, a special performance by the Bronx Ensemble and fashion displays from local designers.

Restaurants and stores will also be offering exclusive deals and discounts for the next five days in honor of this 10 year celebration.

Kick off for the event is set to start at noon on the level three food court.
