New York City students under 5 will have to keep their masks on in school. Mayor Eric Adams made the decision as COVID-19 cases are back on the rise. Masks were supposed to come off today, but the city's health commissioner says now is not the time to do so. Adams is postponing the mask plan for at least a week.
