The New Normal: Where should we still be wearing a mask, even after being fully vaccinated?

This morning, News 12's Danielle Campbell was joined by Dr. Sharon Nachman to talk about the COVID-19 vaccine rollout for children ages 12 to 15, and the new mask guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
If you are fully vaccinated, the CDC says you no longer need to wear a mask in most places. Does this mean we are close to the end of this pandemic? Is this the right time to relax these restrictions? And what about immune-compromised people who have been fully vaccinated?
What about children in schools - they need to keep their masks on because most of them aren't vaccinated? When can we see life return back to normal?
