A tradition that the Morris Park community hasn't seen since 2012 has finally returned - the town map.
Carlos Saenz drew a town map over 30 years ago to highlight businesses in Morris Park. It quickly became a fan favorite.
The 77-year-old has now turned his passion into profit by illustrating and coloring maps of towns across the country.
He says it typically takes five to seven months to complete the maps. The result is a colorful and detailed map of the businesses in a neighborhood.
He says he will never stop doing what he loves.
