The mix of snow and rain created some wet and slippery road conditions for drivers in The Bronx on Sunday.

"The traffic is ridiculous. It's horrible. And again, people don't know how to drive in this weather," Destiny, a driver, told News 12.

The New York City Emergency Management Department also confirmed some black ice developed throughout the city overnight after a mix of the wet roads and the cold temperatures.

The city recommends people stay indoors if they can, or to expect delays if they will be driving.

The snow forced 193 delayed flights and 124 cancellations on Sunday from JFK and 133 delays with 112 cancellations from LaGuardia.
