49ds agoThere will be temporary road closures Friday, starting at 9 a.m. for the mounting of the overhead masts on new traffic lights in Middletown.
It's happening at Prospect Avenue on the East Main Street side.
Grand Avenue at the East Main Street side will follow, starting at 11 a.m.
There will be a detour, but the city says you should expect delays.
