Police respond to reports of shots fired in Soundview

The incident happened on 1144 Rosedale Ave. by Watson Gleason Playground.
The Parks Department confirmed that strong winds are to blame for the toppling of the massive tree.
According to the FDNY, no one was hurt due to the tree falling. The road has since reopened.
