Residents braved floods brought in by Tropical Storm Fay Friday and continued to run errands in Coney Island.
It was almost impossible to see the ground with all of the heavy rain and News 12’s Sabrina Franza spoke with people who were outside regardless of the winds and pouring rain Friday.
The Department of Environmental Protection was seen on Neptune Avenue helping with the drainage.
They tell News 12 they would investigate so that this kind of heavy flooding doesn’t happen again.
