Trumbull woman creates mobile bar business after losing job during pandemic

A Trumbull woman has created a mobile bar business after losing her job during the COVID-19 pandemic.
When Jen Milano lost her job in corporate event planning during the pandemic, she decided to use the opportunity to take a new, creative path in life.
Inspired by images she saw on Pinterest, she set off to find a horse trailer to use for her own mobile bar business.
“I was googling where to buy a horse trailer. I was going to drive like 6 hours to pick one up,” she described.
After some renovating, the cart was ready to roll in October 2020.
“It absolutely took off ... We did 44 events in our first 6 months. It was insane,” she said.
Milano hopes her story can inspire other women to take risks and pursue their goals.
