A sign resembling a traffic sign bearing an image resembling former President Donald Trump appeared this week at a busy intersection in Park Slope.

The sign is located at the corner of 7th Avenue and Union Street.

The intent of the sign is still unknown, but whoever put it up, put it out of reach - it's at least 10 to 12 feet off the ground and zip tied it to a poll.

News 12 reached out to the New York City Department of Transportation.

A spokesperson said it is not an authorized DOT sign and the agency will be removing it.

The sign was taken down on Thursday afternoon.

A DOT spokesperson confirmed that the department removed the sign Thursday afternoon.
