WASHINGTON (AP) - President Donald Trump's new chief of staff was sworn in Monday. The president is hoping that retired Gen. John Kelly can bring some order to the White House. At the same time, Trump is still clinging to an old battle, refusing to give up on health care.
The president tweeted on Sunday: "Don't give up Republican Senators, the World is watching: Repeal & Replace."
