Tuesday is National Coffee Day.
Brew Coffee House in Throgs Neck is offering some specials to mark the occasion.
"We have dollar drip coffees all day, and we have tons of sample pastries that we made, all the fall pastries," says Liz Tremper, of Brew Coffee House. "So, when you buy your coffee, we'll offer you a sample of bread pudding, chocolate muffins - we're baking brownies. Ninety-nine percent of the world starts their day with coffee, I don't know really many people who don't start their day with coffee."
Their specials will run until 9 p.m. tonight.
Big chains also have deals as well.
