Police released more information Wednesday about a man accused of shooting his girlfriend inside their Morris Park home.
According to police, 30-year-old Tyrone Lowe fatally shot his girlfriend, 28-year-old Shoshane Rattigan, inside the couple's home at 1570 Bogart Ave. just before 4 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say Lowe is still on the loose.
Police describe Lowe as a black male with brown eyes and black hair. They say he fled in a grey colored 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan with NY plates EXT-3422.
Police say the couple's 6-year-old son was in the next room when it happened.
They say the child is now safe and in the custody of the Administration for Children's Services.
Police say moments before the shots rang out, Rattigan's 20-year-old nephew, who was also home, heard the two fighting and called 911.
