I mean, the cold, the first cold snap of the season. Oh, Scott, it's rough out there. Yeah, I'm gonna need a bigger jacket when I get there because, uh, we are gonna be seeing these temperatures not just for today but into tomorrow as well. Mainly in the mornings but all day long, it's gonna be brisk. It's gonna be breezy. But come Friday, we are gonna be going back to that spring tea. So temperature is gonna be back in the forties and fifties. But this morning it will feel like the twenties throughout the boroughs and then that's the way it's gonna be into the afternoon. And then same story as we head into the evening hours, we'll even be dropping to feel like the teens across the city. So bundle up jacket gloves, hand warmers, moisturize hydrate as well. Very important as we're seeing these clear skies. But as we go into the day today, gusty winds, more sunshine gonna be beautiful but make sure to bundle up because it's gonna feel like the teens and twenties all day long because of this, all this cold air pushing through, but look flurries. Yes, that's white on there, a couple of bits of the white stuff are possible to move on into the city as we go into the day today. So all in, all looking pretty good as we go into the afternoon, but still bundle up temperatures gonna be in the thirties, maybe a straight flurry or two from lunch time into the afternoon and evening. So, yeah, definitely a chance for some of that snow as temperatures are be dropping into the twenties. But we feel much colder into your Wednesday tomorrow. So, upper thirties to around 40 today, but it feel like the twenties because that cold, the wind and even the possibility of snow, overnight temperatures are gonna drop into the twenties, mostly clear but feels like the teens and this cold will be lasting as we head into the day tomorrow. 40 degrees. The high will still feel like the twenties on Wednesday because of a brisk breezy wind. 49 Thursday, 47 Friday with the chance of a few showers late in the day and then more chance of forties and fifties as we go into the month of December.

Veterans Day Parade held in Throggs Neck honors local veterans

Welcome back to news 12. The Bronx were local matters. Well to wrap up veterans day weekend, a parade went through throgs neck this morning to commemorate veterans here in our borough. You can take a look of those sites right there while news tells Brittany cadet was at the parade and spoke to some of our local veterans about their time serving our country. American flags held high for american pride. You know, no matter when they served these, these people all swore an oath to defend their country and defend their communities, you know, in our way of life. And I just think that's so noble whether they were drafted, they volunteered, they all, they all did it. Dozens of veterans here in throgs neck walked down East Tremont Avenue with their heads held high as residents watching applauded them for their service another happy time. But we had to do our job. Children from the local Girl Scouts troop were also in attendance as well as the local cub scouts holding their signs as respect. Veterans are awesome. They wrote up that blank check that set out, I'll go do it. There were also veterans who served in the marine corp over first generation americans in their family. Really wish I could be in Puerto rico doing the veteran's Day parade day. I would love to do that. But it's, it's an honor again. It's an honor being Puerto Rican and still served in the United States. The parade went all the way down East Tremont to memorial Park where people were met with snacks and drinks to end Veterans day weekend in throgs, neck Brittany Cadet News 12.
