Shocking surveillance video shows the moments that a man appears to fire a shot into a crowd Monday afternoon.
Police say the incident happened on East 146th Street at about 1:30 p.m. The video released by NYPD shows a man firing a shot at another man after a dispute.
In the video, the man who appears to be wearing a black knit hat and beige jacket walks away from three people on the sidewalk. He turns back just before he reaches the street and fires a single gunshot back at a 38-year-old man. The suspect narrowly misses hitting two innocent bystanders walking by.
He then took off down College Avenue and police are still searching for him.
Luckily, no one was injured during the incident.
