A video shows the gunman police say is responsible for fatally shooting a 24-year-old man in the Bronx.
Desmond Muller was shot once in the chest after police say an argument broke out near Union Avenue and East 163rd Street before 3 p.m. Monday.
He was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital.
Surveillance video obtained by News 12 from a nearby deli shows a gunman approach a group of people and then shoot Muller before running away.
Neighbors say the victim, who they intimately called "Dez," was a kind person who was often seen playing with the kids in the neighborhood and would give anything to anyone.
A memorial grew outside Muller's home Tuesday where neighbors lit candles and left notes.
Police say they are looking for the man seen in the video.
