Video shows mother, children fall after suspect forcibly touches mother in Brooklyn

Police are searching for a suspect linked to a forcible touching incident in Brooklyn.
According to the NYPD, a 41-year-old woman was walking with two children, one in a stroller, and a dog Sunday at around 10:30 p.m. near 64th Street and 9th Avenue. Police say an unknown male approached the mother from behind and slapped her behind, then fled.
The victim attempted to stop the individual from fleeing and fell to the ground causing her children to fall as well. The victim and her children refused medical attention on scene.
The individual was last seen wearing a navy blue polo style short sleeved shirt, tan pants and white sneakers.
