 President Trump's physician gave an update on his condition Sunday as he remains hospitalized at Walter Reed.
BRIEFING NOTES: 
-President Trump's doctor said he has had two episodes of blood oxygen levels dropping and he was given a dose of dexamethasone.
-Doctors say the president is walking around without limitation, and his cardiac, liver and kidney functions are "normal or improving." No side effects were seen following the president's 2nd of 5 doses of Remdesivir, they say.
-Doctor says Trump "feels well" - and his doctors' plan for is for him today is have him up and out of bed as much as possible. "If he continues to look and feel as well as he does today, we could look for a discharge as as early as tomorrow," his doctor says.
