Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says a passing cold front brings a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms Monday night.
WIND ADVISORY: The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory until 4 a.m. on Tuesday. 
They are asking drivers to use extra caution on the roads.
All lanes on the Whitestone Bridge reopened between Queens and the Bronx after closing due to to high winds. 
TUESDAY: Chilly and sunny, highs from the mid-40s to the low-50s. Gust to 25 mph.
TUESDAY NIGHT: A cold night with increasing clouds, lows around the mid-30s.
WEDNESDAY: A light mix of rain and snow, mostly cloudy, highs from the low to mid-40s.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Mostly cloudy, evening rain and snow showers, lows from the mid to upper-30s.
THURDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy, highs from the mid-40s to the low-50s.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Mostly cloudy, lows from the mid-30s to the low-40s.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy, A chance of showers, highs from the upper-40s to the low-50s.
FRIDAY NIGHT: Periods of rain, lows around the mid-40s and rising overnight.
SATURDAY: Rainy and windy, highs from the low to mid-50s.
