NOW: The weekend is trending dry and even warmer for Saturday. Sunday may feature some rain.
News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says the air quality alert will continue into Friday, but a potential shower or storm could help lighten the smoke and haze.
Overnight: Partly to mostly cloudy and hazy with a shower chance, lows from the mid- to upper-50s.
Friday: Hazy with increasing clouds and a chance of showers, highs from the mid- to upper-60s.
Saturday: Hazy sunshine with a slight chance of showers, highs from the low- to mid-70s.
Sunday: A warmer day under a mix of sun and clouds, highs from the upper-70s to the mid-80s. Increasing clouds with late showers.
Monday: Clouds and showers, highs around the mid-70s.
Tuesday: Clouds and rain with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms, highs from the low- to mid-70s.
