A Bronx tennis instructor was in action at the GHI Bronx Tennis Classic. Rahman Smiley, 26, is well known around the Bronx for his work with the New York Junior Tennis League. He is also the head pro at the Bronx International Tennis Center. Smiley received one of four men's single main draw wild cards for this week's classic. He took on Paul Capdeville, who knocked him out of the tournament. Smiley says he was not happy with his performance, but was proud to have many of his students in attendance.
